Because every item is made just for you, we don’t do “oops, changed my mind” returns. But don’t worry—we’ve got your back if something’s not right.
All Sales Are Final
Each product is printed on demand, which means we don’t keep stock and can’t resell returns. So please double-check your size, color, and address before hitting checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue—we’ll replace it free of charge.
- What We Can’t Accept
- Buyer’s remorse (“I don’t like it anymore”)
- Wrong size ordered (check that size chart!)
- Color differences due to screen display (our designs look hot in real life, promise)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we can’t replace the defective item. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
